Unlike most Clinics, we send out a Case History Form to you in advance of your appointment giving you plenty of time to fill this out in the comfort of your own home (rather than during your appointment). 

The Osteopath will then spend time analysing this in advance of your appointment meaning that your appointment time can be spent most efficiently and allow sufficent time to establish the root cause of your issue and commence treatment.
